FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How can we trust your work?

We are authorized by CICC which is the only recognized regulatory body by the Canadian government. We are bound to strict rules and guidelines.

How much do you charge?

Our costs are fair and match the quality of our work. Each client’s case is different and the cost will be determined once an assessment and evaluation has been done.

Do you price match?

Our costs are in line with the amount of work we put into each of our cases. We believe in and take pride in the quality of our work. There are many different prices out there and we encourage you to look into different options that suit your needs.

Do you guarantee your work?

We guarantee that we will do our best in helping you. We never accept any cases that we do not believe qualify. However, we can never guarantee the outcome and judgement of the visa office. Our payment method is set up so that you do not pay unless a particular step in immigration is reached.

How can we contact you and get started?

You can contact us by phone, email or come see us in person. We always begin each case with an assessment. Once that is determined, then an agreement is drawn and if accepted, we begin the process.

Do you have agents and offices in other parts of the world?

We do. At the moment, we have agents in five countries and offices in two other countries. However, our agents are not authorized to give Canadian Immigration advice. If you would like an assessment, it’s best that you contact us.
