What’s a process to get Canadian PR.
Hi,
This is with reference to Canadian PR visas for my wife, daughter and myself.
We had received the visas in September 2015 with an expiry date of 03.08.2016.
In June, 2016, I visited Toronto alone for 7 days and hence entered the country and received my permanent residence card after a few months.
Now I am planning to go there this year and find employment. However, I would like to know the status of visas for my daughter and wife. They did not enter the country before expiry of visa… what is the procedure to get them visas again? Can we make an application for reissue of visas for my wife and daughter on basis of previous visa?

I am in the Pool and loosing points yearly – currently at 433. Had a ITA for 441 in May 18 but had to apologize as my IELTS score of 8.5 had expired on the day ITA received and a retaking of test many times resulted only in 8 (lost 3 points ) 438. ( Lost another 5 recently for turning 30 )
Have all documents in place.Have to do the police clearance though.
1. I hv been told provincials pick up our CV from the pool is it correct.
2. Is there anyway I can come and do 8 months plus certificate programs in Canada and get these points and also apply for temporary work there and file my papers for immigration
3. Will I be considered if I dont have a criminal but an out of status case for a 14 days on Student visa in another country. Have all documents to show as evidence because police arrest though for 1 hour the report does not state anything except some numbers.
I am interested to have advise for the immigration to Canada with work permit in Canada under entrepreneur programme .
I filed my application on 2004 & received file no in feb 2005 & later got a letter for documents required on nov 2008 & I had provided all the updated details. But later come to know that they stopped processing application received till 2008. Kindly check whether I can revoke my application by any chance.
