The Managing Director and a partner at CICS Immigration Consulting Inc. Maryam Shojaee, MSc.

Maryam employs passion, dedication, thoroughness, attention to detail, and prompt service into her daily work. She is an integral part of CICS’ success and has been part of the CICS Team for many years. Maryam’s own immigration experience to Canada gives her an understanding and insight in the process of clients’ journey.

Cindy Wong, Diploma in Law Enforcement

Cindy is our Senior Case Manager at CICS. She does a great job of balancing her time between leaving clients beyond happy with her dedication, attentiveness and keeping the office energy loose and fun. When she isn’t caught up in her work, she makes sure to keep her in-office convenience store fully stocked.

Mahsa, MSc.

Mahsa is one of our Senior Case Managers and is a lifelong perfectionist. She has the amazing ability to analyze applications from various angles before they are submitted. You either love Mahsa or you really love Mahsa. Just ask the hundreds of friends she’s made by just working on their immigration applications.

Rhiannon Jones, B.A., RCIC

Hossein Masoud, B.A.

A graduate of Shiraz University in Civil Engineering. He is a senior representative and has been at CICS since 2007. Hossein shares his time between Canada and Tehran where he coordinates seminars and meetings. His background in business and marketing in Iran enables CICS to have a strong presence there and the surrounding region.

Amir NikKhah, MBA, Marketing
