  9. For Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Application, you must first ensure that your occupation is listed on the NOC for 2014 before applying. Personnel manager is also a human resource Manager. Be sure that your present job schedule fits into any of the listed categories. Write your ielts test and send your credentials for assessment in order to acertain your Canadian equivalence.
